    Generation Y

Generation Y employees were born from roughly 1977 to 2002. These generation Y employees also called Millennials. This generation people has an enormous understanding of technology.  They grown up during the age of computers. Professionally they take the place of the labor force's previous new entrants.

    Generation X

Generation X those born roughly from 1965 to 1976 (themselves the children of the baby boomers, born roughly from 1946 to 1964). based on one study, older employees are more likely to be work centric (to focus more on work than on family with respect to career decisions0. Generation Y workers tend to be more family centric or dual centric (balancing family and work life.)
Generation Y or that Millennial employs bring challenges and strengths. They may be “the most high maintenance workforce in the history of the world.”
